Our entity MOBITEC is a multi-specialist coachbuilder for the customization of utility vehicles in France and abroad. In the context of a new position and a beautiful challenge, we are recruiting a Commercial in an indefinite-term contract, for our agency in Saint-Alban (31), close to Toulouse.

Mission:

Directly attached to the Director, you will join the MOBITEC commercial team, composed of 5 people, based on other sites. Your challenge will be to ensure the complete commercial development of MOBITEC, independently, in the Toulouse region. Your role will be to contribute effectively to the development of MOBITEC's turnover, while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. You will benefit from the support of our commercial assistant, based at the headquarters, in the Paris region.

As such, your missions are as follows:

1- Commercial Development

  • Conduct a market study to identify clearly the opportunities in the short, medium, and long term;
  • In liaison with your manager, establish commercial objectives and design the best commercial strategy to deploy;
  • Develop and animate a network of commercial partners to facilitate the connection with prospects;
  • Participate in operational marketing actions (events): salons, forums, etc. and conduct promotional operations on the ground;

2- Telephone and Physical Approach

  • Establish and deploy an effective prospecting plan by telephone and on the ground;
  • Conduct product demonstrations for our clients and prospects;
  • Design relevant commercial proposals and establish contact with the administrative team at headquarters, if necessary;
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and conclude sales;
  • Pilot tenders, in liaison with the support team, if necessary;

3- Competitive Intelligence and Reporting

  • Ensure daily qualitative and quantitative monitoring of your activity via our tools and guarantee regular reporting to the group management;
  • Regularly exchange with clients and ensure their satisfaction;
  • Regularly ensure competitive intelligence;

Profile sought:

  • Holder of a minimum BAC level, you justify necessarily a significant experience in commercial development (your achievements will be more appreciated than the number of years of experience);
  • You like evolving in BtoB industrial environments, including the conquest of new markets;
  • Proactive and autonomous, you are recognized for your tenacity and sense of service;
  • A mastery of the Office Pack is expected;

Compulsory driving license – numerous trips to be expected
