The Role

We are seeking a Risk Analyst to join our team of 3 people, located in the trading floor, and working closely with IT and Quantitative Trading and Research teams. As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analyzing trading strategies in real-time, identifying potential risks, and reporting to the management team.
  • Developing and improving real-time risk tracking tools using C# programming language.
  • Collaborating with IT and trading teams to ensure that all tools used are up-to-date and aligned with evolving strategies.
  • Improving and standardizing risk metrics, such as VaR and stressed VaR, and reporting to the Quantitative Trading and Research team.
  • Producing analytical reports and recommendations to support investment decisions, risk management, and business growth.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in mathematics, finance, and programming. You should have a strong interest in financial markets and a good understanding of risk management principles. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation, we encourage you to apply.
