A unique opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Credit Sales Person to join our dynamic and experienced sales team at Banque Européenne Crédit Mutuel and contribute to the development of our Fixed Income franchise.
This role involves cash credit sales to new and existing clients in the BeNeLux and Nordics, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships and expanding the bank's network to new opportunities across asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, and other investors in the targeted markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Credit Sales (Investment Grade, High Yield) in at least one of the targeted markets, with excellent understanding of credit products, regulatory issues, and the ability to develop clients new to the Bank.
Responsibilities:- Marketing and promoting CIC's brand and credit products and services to new and existing clients in the targeted markets.
- Building and maintaining client relationships and expanding the bank's network to new opportunities across asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies, and other investors in the targeted markets.
- Communicating and working collaboratively with the trading and desk analyst as well as primary team to ensure a comprehensive coverage of clients.
- Identifying opportunities such as private placements and reverse enquiries as well as more structured solutions.
- Providing customers with corporate access services (marketing events, conferences) and access to our research platform.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical ability, and the ability to work independently and achieve targets. Fluency in French and English is a must, with French, Dutch being a plus.
