The Role: HR Data Analyst - P&C
As a key member of our HRIS team, you will act as a trusted partner to People & Culture (P&C) stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering insightful reports, ensuring data quality, and driving continuous improvement within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive monthly and yearly reports, providing valuable insights into P&C metrics.
- Manage legal declarations and audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the P&C department.
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems, guaranteeing reliable information for reporting and analysis.
- Train end users on data systems, fostering a culture of data literacy within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and enhance efficiency within the P&C function.
- A solid understanding of HR functions and principles, coupled with experience in data analysis.
- Proven analytical skills and a strong foundation in data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and unwavering commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, and Power BI, demonstrating expertise in relevant HR data management tools.
