Position Overview
We are looking for a Human Resources Missions Officer (M/F) to join our team in the Marseille region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, collaborating with managers and preparing contract offers
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
- Engage in recruitment drives for interns
- Oversee performance reviews and employee development initiatives
- Prepare for and participate in Social and Economic Committee (SEC) meetings
- Conduct social and activity reporting, and manage projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in a multi-site organization is preferred
- Strong understanding of labor laws and proficiency in office software
