Job Summary:
Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Program Office Manager to join our Export Control Program team in Marignane, France. The successful candidate will support the Export Control Program Lead in all tasks, including defining and deploying activities, managing risks and opportunities, and developing and deploying necessary information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Export Control Program Lead in all tasks, including proposing strategies, roadmaps, and implementing them within work packages.
- Prepare and deploy communication and change management plans induced by strategies and roadmaps.
- Support business and functions management, preparing and participating in meetings, steering committees, and performance reviews.
- Manage PMO tasks, including building and monitoring budgets, dashboards, and KPIs, and managing risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- More than 7 years of professional experience in program/project management.
- Knowledge of export control regulations is a plus.
- Positive experience in leading medium to complex projects.
- Partner and external service provider management.
- Negotiation with internal customers.
- Risk and opportunity management.
- Documentation production, service level management, and change support.
- Good team spirit and customer orientation.
- Good English level.
This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
