Join Dassault Systèmes, a global frontrunner in Scientific Software Engineering, as a Senior Investigator for License Compliance.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the License Compliance team and Channel teams to achieve program objectives.
- Engage with internal and external agencies as necessary.
- Work alongside other regions to gain insights into their engagement strategies and success stories, participating in relevant initiatives to enhance the License Compliance program in India.
- Drive revenue from Legalization as set by the global License Compliance and India Leadership teams.
- Coordinate with business units to ensure compliance leads and opportunities are consistently updated in the License Compliance portal.
- Enhance the Dassault Systèmes Ecosystem (Channels / VARs) to engage in License Compliance initiatives and promote awareness of the compliance processes and frameworks.
- Monitor compliance deviations and recommend corrective actions.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and business cases to help clients understand the value of licensed software and the legal risks associated with non-compliance.
Qualifications
· Experience Range: 10 to 15 years
· Proven experience in managing Enterprise accounts and engagements is essential.
· Strong background in License Compliance, Anti-Piracy, and Software Asset Management (SAM) activities.
· Experience in License Compliance or roles requiring analytical and investigative skills, along with negotiation experience with clients.
· Preferred experience in both audit and direct sales.
· Familiarity with cross-functional communication is advantageous.
· Experience in legal matters, including settlement agreements and enforcement, is a plus.
· Skills in SAM and Audits.
· Investigative capabilities, including research, interviewing techniques, and evidence management.
· Attention to detail, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Legal knowledge regarding laws and regulations related to Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights violations.
· Technical proficiency and technology-savvy skills.
· Critical thinking abilities, including judgment, decision-making, and adaptability.
· Commitment to ethical and professional conduct.

· As a member of the India License Compliance team, you will manage License Compliance activities within the enterprise sector.
