Role OverviewAs a Salesforce Project Chef's Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Offering assistance to Salesforce users, addressing level 12 support inquiries
- Working closely with CRM administrators and Salesforce Partner integrators
- Configuring Users, Profiles, Permission Sets, and overseeing CRM administration
- Establishing connected applications within the CRM ecosystem
- Engaging in functional and technical testing as well as production rollouts
- Participating in CRM application development initiatives alongside the project chef
- Documenting methodologies to enhance CRM utilization and DSI management
- Conducting training sessions for users
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce, ideally in a technical-functional capacity
- The ability to suggest enhancements for tool administration
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, a solid understanding of databases & SQL, and advanced Excel data analysis skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables)
