Accor Hotels is seeking a seasoned Retail Leadership Director to oversee all aspects of managing retail stores on property. As a key member of the Executive Director of Retail and Resort Experience team, you will be responsible for coaching and developing retail leadership colleagues and sales associates to maximize their success and selling potential. Your expertise in retail buying, merchandising, and inventory management will drive company selling strategies and ensure the retail leadership team is focused on selling. You will also develop and implement engaging customer experiences through training programs and positively communicate sales goals, budget, and promotions to the team. If you have 5+ years of retail sales management experience, 3+ years of retail planning and buying experience, and proficiency in Dayforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS, we encourage you to apply. Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and peak shifts, is required. Additional responsibilities include developing loss prevention and safety programs and training, as well as strategic inventory management in partnership with the Retail Storeroom Manager and buying team.
