Your primary objective will be to develop our commercial activity across France, through 100% hunting missions. You will address high-level contacts, such as HR directors and members of the CODIR of companies with over €20 million in revenue. You will rely on your commercial skills and perfect mastery of prospecting to develop and implement an effective conquest strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Exploit the contact list we will provide to generate commercial opportunities.
  2. Identify companies with transition needs and understand their challenges to adapt your approach and sales argument.
  3. Inspire confidence in prospects and demonstrate your conviction to secure as many meetings as possible.
  4. Focus on active listening to propose personalized solutions and boost conversion rates.
  5. Promote the added value of our offer and close sales.
  6. Show availability, reactivity, and a willingness to listen throughout the mission of the transition manager recruited to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in selling engineering services. You should excel in persuasion, conquest spirit, and relational skills. You should be courteous, respectful, and pleasant, with impeccable behavior and a good level of discourse to approach C-level contacts. You should be motivated, patient, and persevering, ready to fully engage in ambitious commercial challenges. You should have a perfect mastery of digital commercial tools, demonstrating autonomy, proactivity, and ingenuity to achieve top performance.
