Job Opportunity

We are seeking talented individuals who want to join a growing company and combine sector expertise with commercial development.

In our Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities practice, you will join a commercial team whose mission is to transform Wavestone's positioning among industry leaders in the energy and utilities sectors, in close collaboration with our consultants.

You will be at the heart of the most pressing and future challenges in these sectors, accompanying our clients in their most important transformation projects: data strategy and digital experience enrichment, digitalization of business processes and customer journeys, marketplace implementation, new service design, and sustainable offer development.

As a true entrepreneur, you will build your network with high-level prescribers to identify and win missions that will significantly impact Wavestone's business on your account. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Commercial Development & Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage and maintain client relationships in a long-term partnership logic:
    • Prospect new clients on your account in autonomy:
    • Organize and conduct client meetings in tandem with our consulting teams to present the firm and its expertise and identify new business opportunities:
    • Ensure client satisfaction and implement any necessary action plans to create a solid and lasting relationship with your clients.
  • Vente Complexes:
    • Pilot the pre-sales cycle for our consulting services, with a constant focus on differentiation: need qualification, strategy development, commercial offer writing, and presentation to the client:
    • Coordinate all managers and consultants contributing to responses to RFPs:
    • Negotiate the commercial offer with our clients' Purchasing Departments and secure the sale.
  • Stratégie de Compte:
    • Analyze the potential of the client environment and target priority areas for commercial investment:
    • Define and implement commercial action plans to develop our positioning on a given account.

Requirements

We are looking for a recent graduate who:

  • Has a degree from a top business school or engineering school:
  • Has ideally had some commercial or consulting experience:
  • Is comfortable with responsibilities, has a sense of teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills:
  • Has a strong curiosity, listening, and analytical skills to quickly understand client challenges:
  • Wants to join a growing company and combine sector expertise with commercial development:
