About the Role

Aircall is seeking a skilled Partner Development Manager to join our Partnerships organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships that drive growth and expansion of our App ecosystem.

Main Activities:
  1. Identify and Pursue Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the revenue and product teams to identify key areas of opportunity and develop strategies to pursue new partnerships.
  2. Build and Nurture Partner Relationships: Work closely with partners to build, launch, and scale their integrations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  3. Research and Prospect Ideal Partners: Utilize your expertise to research and identify potential partners that align with our business goals and objectives.
  4. Support Ecosystem Development: Collaborate with the Partnerships team and other stakeholders to develop and maintain our ecosystem of partners.
  5. Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute growth-centric partnerships that drive revenue and expansion for Aircall.
Key Skills:
  1. Proven Partnership Development Experience: Successful track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
  2. Negotiation and Communication Skills: Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
  3. Business Acumen: Understanding of partner business models and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  4. Self-Motivation and Prioritization: Strong self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks and measure impact.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  1. API and App Development Knowledge: Understanding of APIs and app development principles.
  2. Segment Definition and Growth Experience: Experience defining new segments for growth through partnerships.
  3. Revenue Growth through Partnerships: Experience driving revenue through partners with structured programs and strong program management skills.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to draw insightful conclusions from data sets and use data to inform decision making.
