Job Summary

Pearson Carter is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Partner Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success for our Microsoft partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Onboarding and Management: Identify and onboard new partners, develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve partner performance.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to attract and retain key partners in the Dynamics ecosystem.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and success for our partners.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyze partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimize revenue streams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in Business Applications across CRM or ERP.
  • Experience in software sales across Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Strong business development skills with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving partner performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
