Job Responsibilities
As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise to our clients, ensuring their Dalet systems are optimized and running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and optimizing Dalet products and configurations at client sites.
- Diagnosing and resolving product performance issues.
- Performing maintenance and repairs.
- Providing expert advice on preventive maintenance and configurations to ensure optimal product performance.
- Proactively addressing potential equipment issues to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Training other field engineers and clients on Dalet solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar position or as an end-user.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven IT skills in Windows, networking, and SQL databases.
- Broadcast knowledge and experience with Dalet solutions are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A self-starter with a passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
