- Enhance efficiency within the P&O operational framework by facilitating the integration of Mars signature programs, managing unit-specific initiatives, providing P&O support to various units, and collaborating with Line Managers.
- Support and empower MAS and Line Managers to effectively serve Mars associates, addressing any escalated issues as necessary.
- Engage with over 140,000 diverse and talented associates, all guided by the Five Principles.
