About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our Executive Education department at INSEAD. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Corporate Partnership teams in Europe, ensuring seamless execution of our custom programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of administrative duties for corporate client portfolios, including scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and preparing proposals.
- Support the Corporate Partnership teams in Europe, working closely with them to deliver high-quality results.
- Implement and coordinate procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and managing contracts.
- Conduct initial company research, using data sources such as Datamonitor and reports.
- Input data and produce reports on Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the team to format and review PowerPoint documents and proposals.
- Ensure timely follow-up with clients on contract signatures and internal distribution of signed contracts.
Requirements:
- Interest in INSEAD, executive education, and custom programme activity.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Bilingual English/French (main working language is English).
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable working in a multicultural international organisation.
- IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
