Ludgate Search is seeking a highly experienced Fundraising Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the private markets investment space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the private markets investment space.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including family offices, institutional investors, and other relevant parties.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the private markets investment space.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the investment products and services offered by our clients.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders in the private markets investment space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Native French and/or German language skills.
- Experience working in the private markets investment space.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and other relevant software.
