Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - R&D to join our team at CONTROLE QUALITE DIR QHSE BU ULTRA FRAIS. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pilot projects of development and improvement of recipes (product-process) from brief elaboration to industrialization
  • Ensure post-launch follow-up of new products
  • Participate in innovative projects for the ultra-fresh dairy or alternative market

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (BAC+5)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the agro-food and dairy industry
  • Strong knowledge of dairy technologies and excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
  • Valid driver's license
