Marketing & Business Development Engineer

VINCI Facilities Process IDF is seeking a driven and analytical Marketing and Business Development Engineer to support our team of Business Managers in the success of our projects.
As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in analyzing market trends, evaluating bids, and developing compelling proposals. Your expertise will contribute directly to securing new business opportunities and driving growth for VINCI Facilities Process IDF.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research and maintain accurate databases of potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze tender documents, identifying key requirements and evaluating project feasibility.
- Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and conduct meticulous risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate budget estimates and ensure financial viability of bids.
- Coordinate effectively with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Craft persuasive presentations that clearly communicate project value propositions to potential clients.
- Actively participate in client meetings, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
- Provide support in project coordination, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Summarize key contract terms and conditions for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in Facility Management or technical building maintenance is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel occasionally within the region as needed.
