At Enphase Energy, we're committed to advancing a sustainable future for all. As a Product Trainer, you'll play a crucial role in building out our training programs, working closely with product development and sales teams to develop sales and technical product training curricula for customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training to customers to support the sales of Enphase products and new product launches.
- Maintain training materials, equipment, and facilities for ongoing training delivery in regions.
- Stay up-to-date on Enphase products, customer requirements, and competitor offerings, and communicate the value and power of Enphase solutions.
- Collaborate with peers across the region to develop a European training organization.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the solar industry or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC).
- Fluent in French (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of electrical basics and experience with electrical engineering.
- Track record in developing, organizing, and conducting technical product training.
- Experience working remotely with strong self-management and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally, domestically, and internationally as needed.
