We are seeking a highly skilled Product Trainer to join our Marketing and Sales team in Lyon, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales and technical product training curricula to customers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Enphase products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product development and sales strategies.
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions to customers, either in-person or virtually, to support the successful adoption of Enphase solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Enphase products, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to provide expert guidance and support.
- Collaborate with peers across Europe to establish a best-in-class training organization, driving consistency and excellence in training delivery.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in instructional design and training delivery.
- Experience in the solar industry or conventional building trades (electrical, roofing, HVAC) is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Fluent proficiency in French (C1 level) and English (B2 level) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, peers, and managers.
- A proven track record in developing, organizing, and conducting technical product training, including live webinars and recorded online video content.
- Strong self-management and interpersonal skills, with experience working remotely and establishing/maintaining working relationships with stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Location:This role will be based in Lyon, France, with frequent travel required throughout Europe to meet with customers and colleagues.
