Job Summary:

Antolin is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our projects in the automotive sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our projects, meeting quality, cost, time, service, contract, profitability, and legal objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive project management, with OEM window contact experience
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word, etc.)
