Under general supervision, the HVAC Service Technician performs essential maintenance and precision tune-ups on HVAC systems. This role involves direct communication with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. The technician also promotes products and services to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance calls under general supervision.
- Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC systems and accessories promptly.
- Inspect equipment and conduct diagnostics to identify potential issues.
- Complete routine maintenance and cleaning as required.
- Manage the delivery and removal of parts and equipment necessary for service work.
- Assist senior technicians in servicing HVAC systems.
- Document all required information during customer calls accurately.
- Maintain communication with dispatch for status updates.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Promote products and services during customer interactions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company property and tools.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Follow standard procedures and ensure vehicle is stocked appropriately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Report unsafe conditions or acts to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Utilize personal protective equipment as required.

- High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
- Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations.
- EPA and safety certifications are mandatory.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and accessories.

- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
