Job SummaryThis is an outstanding opportunity for a structured and analytical Finance professional to step up and join our Internal Audit team at Crown, based in our offices in Saint-Ouen, close to Paris (France). The IA department, along with the Board, Executive Management, and the External Auditors, is a corporate governance cornerstone of Crown Holdings, Inc. In addition to its mission of giving assurance on the Company's control framework, it also contributes to our continuous improvement process.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial and operational audits of plants, operations, projects, and systems in line with the Internal Audit Plan.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with audit standards, plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Report audit findings (in good written English) and make recommendations for reducing risk, improving operations, reducing cost, and ensuring compliance with Company policy.
- Perform special reviews and participate in projects at the request of management.
- Abide by the department's Code of Ethics.
- Travel at least 40% of the time to complete fieldwork.
- Ideally a qualified accountant or equivalently qualified by experience in Finance.
- Experience of integrated ERP systems such as JDE and SAP.
- Full driving license required.
- Experience of manufacturing processes would be advantageous but is not required.
