Job Summary

Alstom Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Internal Communication Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies that drive employee engagement and understanding of our company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that align with our company's overall strategy and messaging.
  • Collaborate with functions and teams to define and implement their internal communication plans.
  • Manage the production of communication materials, including articles, posters, and videos.
  • Align with available budget and manage it effectively.
  • Feed global and editorial calendars in collaboration with the Internal Comms Manager.
Communication Network Animation
  • Provide visibility to the internal and external comms network of upcoming activities and resources needed to deploy.
  • Offer guidance, content, and communication support for the deployment of global internal comms actions of functions.
  • Collect feedback on local internal comms activities and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the animation of the internal comms network.
  • Liaise with external and brand teams.
Managerial Communication
  • Advise functions on how to communicate with managers, including messages, communication kits, and tools.
  • Develop managerial comms actions, content, and communication materials that boost managers' engagement and understanding of our company's strategy.
  • Coordinate the preparation of communication materials for top managers and/or the Head of Communication.
All Employees Communication
  • Develop specific content for company-wide internal channels, including print, online, and event materials.
  • Manage and update functions' Intranet pages with the support of the related functions team and the Internal Information team.
Qualifications
  • Strategic vision and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage demanding stakeholders and establish priorities.
  • High reactivity, proactivity, and adaptability.
  • Strong French and English written and verbal skills (German is a plus).
  • Structured and well-organized approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
  • Accountability and diplomacy.
