Your Role as a Civic Service Volunteer

Objectives

  • Explore career opportunities within the environmental sector.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage in various ecological research projects led by FDC42.
  • Organize and categorize images captured by camera traps.
  • Assist in the assessment of wildlife and plant species.
  • Contribute to the Lynx project through fieldwork and camera trap monitoring.
  • Oversee hedge restoration projects (monitoring recovery rates, conducting inventories, and performing experiments).
  • Travel regularly within the designated department, a valid driver's license is essential.
  • Shared living accommodations are available on-site.

Additional Information

  • One volunteer is required.
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older.
  • Commitment of over 30 hours per week is expected.
  • Target Audience: General public.
