We are currently seeking a Project Manager for Building Assistance to engage in consulting and support missions for both public and private sector clients, focusing on the areas of education, healthcare, and commercial projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing building assistance missions, managing operations and technical oversight;
- Facilitating the organization of projects;
- Monitoring technical elements during studies and construction, which necessitates collaboration with technical experts and site inspections;
- Ensuring compliance with administrative and contractual obligations;
- Contributing to the agency's business development in the real estate sector (preparation of proposals);
- Engaging with clients and delivering presentations.
This role is based in a dynamic environment with opportunities for immediate engagement.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in engineering or architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
You should have between 2 to 5 years of experience in project management or project support roles.
Proficiency in engineering and construction principles will be highly valued.
Knowledge of programming will be considered an advantage.
