Role Overview:

We emphasize the importance of our alternating nursing assistants (H/F)

Your Duties:

  • Assist residents with their daily routines (waking up, personal hygiene, meal support, outings, and bedtime);
  • Collaborate with the Health Supervisor to develop and implement resident care plans, ensuring accurate documentation of care provided;
  • Support residents with limited autonomy by offering continuous assistance while encouraging independence in daily activities whenever feasible;
  • Contribute to the organization of activities and the execution of the Establishment Project, engaging in quality interactions with residents and monitoring any behavioral changes to provide timely feedback to the team;
