We are seeking a Maintenance and Operations Coordinator to support our FPSO projects in Paris. This role involves working with a leading EPC company and may require overseas missions (onshore and offshore).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform process calculations and simulations.
  • Analyze and review Management of Change requests at HQ level in conjunction with the Engineering and HSE Department.
  • Support operations/process trouble shooting and Root Cause Analysis reviews.
  • Liaise with vendors for clarification, assistance, and services as necessary.
  • Review operating and maintenance procedures.
  • Support Engineering Reviews, Surveys, and other activities.
  • Review Production Shortfall Analysis.
  • Prepare HQ Operations KPI performance dashboards on various O&M projects.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese is a plus.
  • Oil & Gas industry background, experience in process design/field engineering/operations/commissioning is a plus.
  • MS Office tools mandatory.
  • Good communication skills, proactive.
  • Medical fitness certificate/BOSIET/Yellow fever/Seaman book.
