Financial Operations Coordinator

Accomplish financial operations tasks with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Counting and verifying cash, cheques, and credit card transactions
  • Preparing and posting charges and adjustments in accordance with regional credit policy
  • Verifying the accuracy of balances of Accounts Receivable accounts
  • Contacting Accounts Receivable clients by telephone within 15 days of invoices being mailed
  • Preparing and posting charges and adjustments accurately in accordance with the regional credit policy relating to accounts receivable and direct credit card adjustments

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel and Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
