Cegelec Guyane is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Engineer specializing in Air Conditioning and Electricity to join our team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Developing and overseeing maintenance plans for air conditioning and electrical systems.
- Conducting thorough research to identify innovative technical solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Effectively managing technical resources to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Assessing the feasibility of projects, carefully evaluating their alignment with company capabilities.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial negotiations to post-project follow-up.
- Meticulously managing project budgets and allocating resources efficiently.
- Providing guidance and supervision to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensuring that all projects adhere to strict quality standards, meet agreed-upon deadlines, and comply with contractual obligations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an individual who possesses:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Air Conditioning and Electricity Engineering.
- A strong foundation of technical expertise in the field of air conditioning and electrical systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license.
