ENGIE, a pioneering energy company, is embarking on a groundbreaking Transformation Program, GET, to accelerate and standardize its ERP system and processes. As part of this ambitious initiative, we are seeking an exceptional SAP Maintenance and Inventory Expert to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in design workshops, providing functional and methodological expertise to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
- Draft functional and technical specifications, operating procedures, and other deliverables.
- Contribute to internal reporting and coordinate project actors, technicians, and IT experts.
- Configure and customize SAP on the Maintenance & Inventory modules, analyzing requirements, ensuring data integrity, and resolving malfunctions.
- Monitor changes to the SAP organizational structure and implement new regulations in maintenance and inventory areas.
- Participate in cross-functional project meetings to promote integrated business process management.
- Good knowledge of SAP modules PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Material Management) in implementation or application maintenance projects.
- Experience of working in project management mode.
- Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop solutions using SAP functionalities.
- Excellent written communication skills to propose clear, simple, and appropriate solutions and deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
