ENGIE's Transformation Program: A Global Opportunity

ENGIE is embarking on a major global transformation program, GET, to accelerate and standardize the ERP system and improve process effectiveness. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an IT Solution Expert with expertise in SAP Maintenance and Inventory to support our business in this ambitious project.

Key Responsibilities

As an SAP Maintenance and Inventory Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing maintenance and inventory processes within our company. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in design workshops to provide functional and methodological expertise
  • Drafting deliverables, such as functional and technical specifications, operating procedures, etc.
  • Reporting to management and coordinating project actors and technicians/IT experts
  • Configuring and customizing SAP on the Maintenance & Inventory modules
  • Monitoring changes to the SAP organizational structure and implementing new regulations in maintenance and inventory
  • Participating in cross-functional project meetings to promote an integrated approach to business process management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Good knowledge of SAP modules PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Material Management)
  • Experience of working in project management mode
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex problems and develop solutions using SAP functionalities
  • Excellent written communication skills to propose clear, simple, and appropriate solutions and deliverables
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Team spirit and a reliable and methodical approach
