">Your Role and Responsibilities
">As the IT Transformation Lead, you will structure and enhance solutions, leveraging our existing portfolio and developing new offerings to address critical areas such as governance, processes, organizational redesign, AI, security, and data and reporting. Cloud Transformation, ITSM Transformation) while identifying opportunities for innovation, particularly incorporating AI-driven solutions to deliver comprehensive IT and business transformation based on existing software and adjacent technologies.

Your Profile and Skills
">We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in IT transformation, scaling service offerings, and driving business growth. Your expertise should include:

- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT transformation, with a focus on cloud, AI, and digital transformation.">
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies, resulting in significant revenue growth.">
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project delivery.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.">
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative solutions.">
- Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT transformation.">
- Possession of a relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field).">
What We Offer
