Job Title: Production Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at SPIE Oil & Gas Services. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our onshore field, ensuring the safe and efficient production of oil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the day-to-day activities of the plant, including operator dispatching, task execution, and reporting.
- Prepare commissioning procedures and act as site representative for commissioning and/or startup operations.
- Supervise the operating parameters of production and utility processes/equipment.
- Coordinate the execution of level one and level two maintenance, including minor repairs on production equipment.
- Supervise the coordination of work permits, ensuring the tidiness of the area and managing the Permit to Work tracking system.
- Advise the Production Superintendent of any potential hazardous situations or changes to operating conditions and implement necessary actions to maintain safe continuous hydrocarbon production.
- Manage the shift organization of operators under your responsibility.
- Ensure the validity of well tests according to procedures and well performance program for new wells, considering well start-up procedure emitted by WPWI Eng.
- Prepare the daily report.
- Enforce the waste management philosophy on the plant.
- Supervise operations under your responsibility as HSE representative regarding safety and environment policy.
- Supervise in person delicate or risky field operations.
- Assume operational responsibilities as part of the work permit.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in respect of HSE Group standards and in accordance with Italian regulations.
Requirements:
- Graduated in chemical/production engineering with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Totalenergies affiliate, preferably in operations.
- Fluency in Arabic, with English or French as an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a good level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
