About the Role

Vestiaire Collective is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce and CRM Intern to join our Merchandising Team. As an E-commerce and CRM Intern, you will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns and promotional initiatives based on local data and trends to drive performance in the EMEA market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all local campaigns and promotional activities onsite and on CRM, including campaign briefs, assets, and implementation on our CMS.
  • Manage onsite content, including planning and executing content for the EMEA home pages daily on our CMS.
  • Analyze onsite blocks and campaigns performance, providing weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Lead structured deep dives, leveraging data analysis and business insights to help the team and collaborators better understand trend/user behavior.
  • Perform market research, benchmarking, and competitor trends tracking to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business School or University, with a strong interest in E-commerce.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to develop them, leveraging extensive data, ensuring data accuracy, and paying attention to details.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Good English and communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
