Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior / Manager Consultant with a strong background in Finance and Accounting Transformation to join our Operational & Outsourcing Consulting division.
- As part of the Finance Transformation competency center, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing diagnostic assessments of the finance function (Processes - Tools - Organization)
- Conducting finance function evaluations, identifying areas for improvement, recommending tool solutions, and designing tools both in France and internationally (including in-house and outsourced CSPs), developing business cases, and creating implementation plans for Finance solutions (which may involve deploying a dematerialization tool)
- Contributing to the development of methodologies and tools that support our service offerings
- Assisting in the commercial development of our offerings (responding to bids)
Required Qualifications:
With a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, you should possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a consulting firm.
- You have been involved in finance and accounting transformation initiatives (CSP, process optimization, accounting & financial reorganization) and have developed the following competencies:
- Understanding of key financial processes and related accounting principles
- Experience in studying, designing, and implementing CSPs, establishing new accounting structures, optimizing end-to-end processes, and deploying such solutions on an international scale is advantageous
- Expertise in managing complex PMOs
- Exceptional organizational and team management abilities
- Strong analytical and writing skills in both French and English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
