Job Description

Domani is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CDI - Property & Expansion Manager (H/F) - Bordeaux to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our business, opening new shared housing Domani locations across France, and managing the overall process from preparation to full operationalization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding our business, including opening new shared housing locations.
  • Manage the overall process of opening new shared housing locations, from preparation to full operationalization.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics, including procurement of furniture, equipment, and supplies.
  • Manage the maintenance of existing shared housing locations and lead a technical team (technician, furniture installer, etc.).
  • Establish and maintain local partnerships, including suppliers of furniture, logistics companies, service providers, local associations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the communication team to promote the opening of new shared housing locations.
  • Ensure regular and transparent communication with the management team and other stakeholders.
  • Travel regularly across France to oversee project openings and coordinate necessary activities on-site.
  • Interact with our partners, including landlords, developers, etc.
  • You are productive, organized, precise, and rigorous, and pay attention to details.
  • You are passionate about social entrepreneurship and willing to contribute to real change.
  • Previous experience in project management roles, preferably in the real estate or social and solidarity economy sectors.
  • Aptitude to establish and maintain relationships with local partners and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and availability for frequent travel across France.
  • You are friendly, curious, and open-minded.
Additional Information

Remote Work: We strive to offer maximum flexibility to those who can, asynchronous or out-of-office work (France or abroad) with a good connection is possible. Quarterly team seminars and regular meetings in our offices are also planned.

Location of the position: In the Bordeaux or Paris offices with the Domani team, or/and in remote work. Travel is expected.

Contract Type / Working Hours: Full-time CDI.

Degree or level of study required: Bachelor's degree + 5.

Salary: To be determined based on your profile and skills.

Level of experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience.
