Product Validation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Validation Engineer to join our team at Qorvo, Inc. in Sophia Antipolis, France. As a key member of our Connectivity Systems Business Unit, you will play a critical role in the system validation and debug of UWB, BLE, and MATTER solutions dedicated to Qorvo connectivity products.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product validation plan to ensure seamless integration and testing of systems embedding Qorvo UWB and BLE modem chipsets.
- Collaborate with Qorvo product definition and solution architecture teams, as well as software development and integration teams, to deliver end-to-end Test Plans and Product KPIs.
- Participate in plug fests and certification campaigns to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze bugs and raise tickets to hardware and software development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in product validation and debug.
- Expertise in Python programming and experience with C/C++ programming.
- Technical understanding of embedded systems, real-time OS/firmware, network & RF software layers, embedded security, and secure element.
- Android experience is a strong plus, with knowledge of Linux Kernel, HAL, Android flow, Java/Apk.
- Knowledge of radio communication systems and standard bodies (3GPP, Wifi, BLE or other); knowledge of UWB is a plus.
- System test and methodology expertise.
- Ability to use oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and RF tester equipment.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving approach.
- Very fluent in English, spoken and written.
