Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Recovery Specialist to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely payment of invoices and implementing effective debt recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client accounts to identify potential payment issues
  • Update client information in our database to ensure accurate financial records
  • Implement debt recovery strategies, including phone and written follow-ups, to optimize cash flow
  • Identify causes of delayed payments and work with clients to resolve issues
  • Monitor and track client promises to pay and ensure timely follow-up
  • Qualify and document disputes and prepare cases for litigation
  • Analyze client payment behavior to inform recovery strategies
  • Develop and send demand letters to clients
  • Develop tailored recovery plans for clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance
  • Proven experience in debt recovery or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws
