Position Overview: Under the guidance of the Social Media Manager, the primary responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development of social media strategies and creating various types of content and publications.
- Establishing and implementing strategies to engage, grow, and moderate our diverse online communities.
- Daily posting on our social media platforms while ensuring consistent and innovative communication.
- Fostering, expanding, and retaining our various community segments.
- Safeguarding and enhancing the online reputation of Dotemu and its associated brands across social media channels.
- Regularly monitoring customer service interactions related to our titles and providing comprehensive reporting.
- Conducting ongoing competitive analysis of our titles, the market landscape, and social media trends.
- Collaborating with all internal departments on various projects.
- Exhibiting creativity throughout all assigned tasks.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field.
Essential Skills:
- A strong passion for video games, with a particular appreciation for retro gaming being advantageous.
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and content creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in metrics.
- Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, creative, and possessing strong communication abilities in both English and French.
- Enthusiastic and seeking a friendly yet professional work environment.
