We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head of Financial Pole to join our Financial Controlling team at AXA Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Controllers and accountants, and working closely with our Financial Reporting Manager to develop and implement financial reporting processes.
As Deputy Head of Financial Pole, you will be responsible for analyzing our main KPIs, preparing our annual and activity reports, and providing clear communication of the Group's KPIs to top management and external stakeholders. You will also be a catalyst for improvement and change, challenging our entities on their figures and analysis, optimizing accounting treatment and alternative performance measures, and assessing the risks and opportunities that could affect Group results.
About the TeamThe Financial Controlling team is responsible for controlling, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on the financial performance of the Group. We are a dynamic and supportive team that works closely with other Group Finance teams to play a key role in the steering of our entities' performance and in the delivery of the Group's financial objectives.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can lead our team and work closely with our Financial Reporting Manager to develop and implement financial reporting processes.
