Your Missions

Project planning involves organizing project activities in a logical sequence to obtain the following key documents:

• Project schedule

• Resource mobilization plan (human, material, and software)

• Procurement plan with dates for ordering and delivering purchases


Additionally, you will:

• Ensure each project leader has a planning of their activities and various interface dates (internal and external)

• Monitor interface dates to anticipate potential delays

• Organize necessary meetings to clarify assignments and contributions of project participants

• Implement project procedures, tools, and progress indicators (progress and breakdown of follow-up)

• Provide accurate project reporting

The project coordinator anticipates, studies, and analyzes potential delays and proposes corrective actions in case of confirmed delays on project parts or with suppliers.


Required Skills

• Reading technical plans and drawings

• Using CAD software (Autocad, etc.)

• Project management; a certification is a plus (PMP, Prince II)

• French, English, a third language is a plus


Education and Experience

You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and have at least one year of experience in project management in industrial environments.

You possess strong writing and interpersonal skills.

You are proficient in English.
