Job Title: Financial Controller
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at Havas Media Group Spain SAU. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering financial activities at a regional level, controlling financial resources, and ensuring compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Participate in the review and monitoring of regional budgets, prepare financial forecasts, analyze and report issues and variances from forecast and budget, and advise on potential risks.
- Financial Operations: Deliver accounting operations, control billing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition, control the quality of financial transactions and financial reporting, and prepare financial reports (audit and financial analysis reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets).
- Qualifications and Languages: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration, languages: English (Advanced).
- Previous Experience and Industry Background: 2+ years of experience in finance, media agency, digital industry, tech company, data company.
- Soft Skills and Competencies: Finance services, financial planning, financial analysis, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, business acumen, analytical, detail-oriented, teamwork, communication, time management.
- Technical Skills: Office software, financial analysis tools.
