We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotline Technical Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Fluency in French and English.
