About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Expert Solution to join our team at EQUANS. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the deployment and maintenance of our E-Procurement solution, COUPA.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy the E-Procurement solution in all EQUANS countries, succeeding the external integrator
- Identify the best functional and technical choices, leveraging your expertise in the COUPA solution
- Interact with integration topics with middleware and local IT (ERP, business tools)
- Participate in adapting the solution for different countries, analyze discrepancies, and design solutions
- Communicate technical and functional needs to our partners (COUPA CoE, Middleware) and accompany them in realizing necessary configurations
- Collaborate with other Service Lines (particularly the SLS Data using the Palantir solution) and dedicated business resources for the project
- Ensure the management of anomaly/demand/evolution/modification requests from the business
- Organize and pilot integration tests
- Guarantee the follow-up of the run under the governance of the COUPA solution manager
- Co-build and co-animate the Design Authority of the solution to prioritize necessary corrections and evolutions
- In liaison with the Service Delivery Management, supervise our partners during the run phase and follow reporting
- Ensure a continuous improvement approach for our organizations and IT solutions
- Collaborate and co-develop with our editors, particularly COUPA
- Apply the EQUANS Group's Cybersecurity policy in applications and their uses
Requirements
- Strong expertise in the COUPA solution (usage, tool capacity, configuration)
- Knowledge of procurement and logistics processes
- Knowledge of middleware capabilities
- Understanding of other IT domains: workstation, identity management (AD, AAD, SSO, MFA), Office, and Cybersecurity
- Ability to work in a V-cycle or Agile environment (Scrum or similar)
- Ability to collaborate with external service providers
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken), as most work is done in English, meetings are held in English, and the subcontractor speaks English
- Good writing skills (in English) for documents such as solution framing, reports, and summaries (e.g., to produce decision-making documents)

- Ability to identify problems and propose solutions
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree + 5 in computer science (engineering school, Master, or equivalent)
- At least 5 years of experience as a COUPA expert/consultant
- Experience collaborating with external service providers
