Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Assist the department head and their team in organizing daily operations to ensure the effective execution of tasks and objectives.
- Oversee administrative functions within the department, focusing on communication, coordination, and data management.
- Help in the planning and execution of events, including workshops and seminars, to support departmental staff.
- Provide assistance to the manager on cross-functional matters (HR, logistics, communication) and/or urgent tasks as required.
Main Duties:
Streamline and manage the activities of the department head:
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, scheduling, and departmental email accounts.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare documentation, agendas, and gather feedback.
- Facilitate information exchange within the department and with external partners.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, notes, and developing presentation materials.
