About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our Digital HR team.

As a Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SuccessFactors for our international clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in project management, implementation, and maintenance for clients worldwide
  • Collecting client requirements and drafting specifications
  • Coordinating development and configuration
  • Monthly review of regulations and procedures
  • Creating ad-hoc reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in computer science or equivalent
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in HRIS in a consulting firm, with a focus on implementing and configuring SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of the Time module is a plus
  • Fluent French and good English language skills
  • A strong interest in HRIS and consulting
