About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team at Strada. As a key member of our EuHReka team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the SAP HCM Payroll module for our international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure the SAP HCM Payroll module, including cycles and payment schemes, with a deep understanding of French payroll regulations.
  • Manage and coordinate payroll developments and parameterization.
  • Administer and collect payroll elements, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and provide ad-hoc reporting as required.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HRIS in a consulting firm, with a focus on SAP HCM Payroll implementation and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Time is an asset.
  • Fluent French and good level of English.
  • Strong interest in HRIS and consulting.
