The Role: Store Design Project Manager
As a key member of the Architecture & Store Experience department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Boucheron boutiques worldwide. This creative position demands a passion for design and a deep understanding of the retail landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Champion the latest trends in interior design and retail aesthetics, ensuring our stores reflect the brand's innovative spirit.
- Develop compelling textile and material boards that align with local cultures and regulations, while prioritizing sustainability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to source materials and finishes of exceptional quality.
- Oversee custom developments with specific vendors, ensuring they adhere to the brand's creative vision.
- Manage the physical material library, ensuring its accessibility and continuous stock replenishment.
- Present design concepts effectively through compelling presentations, utilizing aesthetic imagery and inspirational content.
- Coordinate photoshoot and storytelling documentation during store openings.
Project Management:
- Maintain meticulous records of all design projects for future reference.
- Review technical drawings to ensure consistency and provide guidance to the team.
- Collaborate with the store design team to deliver cohesive and impactful visual experiences.
- Proactively manage project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail design, with a strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and a 3D modeling software.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
